Therapy in the Tavern || Gilbert and Marianne
Marianne prided herself on knowing everything that was going on in the castle at any given time. Who loved each other, who hated each other, who had alliances, who was fucking who. Her favorite pet project was digging up details about who everyone really was. It was quite surprising just how many people that were competing didn’t actually receive an invite to the competition. Then again, she wasn’t one to talk considering the circumstances of her procuring and invitation. However, it also meant that she knew exactly when one of her allies needed a helping hand, or, in this case, a friendly ear.
As soon as she heard about her good friend Gilbert’s fight with his girlfriend, Marianne sighed and cleared her schedule for the afternoon. She quite like Katherine, and thought she and Gil were a good match. Although, a good match didn’t mean an easy match. Thankfully, she knew just where Gilbert would be. Heading there, she contemplated the current issues of the couple. She figured all Gilbert needed was someone to listen so he could get all his anger out. Then he could forgive Katherine and move on. Then there was Katherine to consider. She knew she would have to find the woman as well and help her work through things. She was not going to let this couple fail over one ex flame.
Finally arriving at the nearest tavern to the castle, Marianne pushed through the door. As she expected, there was her friend.
