Basically, on the genocide run, Stroyer absorbs the human SOULs in an attempt to kill the protagonist. As a result, he becomes Stroyer the Undestroyable. His attacks are giant spears, scarfarms that smack the bullet box around, cycles through 9 SOUL modes (Red, Orange (you can only move left and right, but you get a deflection shield), yellow, green, light blue (reverse gravity), blue, purple, grey (all attacks damage) and dark red (projectiles track the SOUL and deal fatal damage)).

Some things for my new Undertale OC General Stroyer. He’s basically Undyne’s boss. And yes, he can be flirted with, though he will be VERY embarrassed. His voice would be a low pitched note from the soundfont used in Song That Might Play When You Fight Sans.
