Hey look, I'm actually keeping to my promise of daily uploads for the time being! Here's episode 2 of Generation Showdown, the recent doubles tournament on battle spot featuring Mega Rayquaza!
Five for Five on generation showdown. Probably won't be getting any more battles in but I really kind of love this format (I had a lot of fun with the other 2-uberlegends allowed format, too). It's a nice excuse to use all those epic-looking ubers that usually just gather dust in my PC after I catch them. And even better, this one doesn't allow Darkrai, so I didn't have to freak out over making sure I had dark void counters on literally everything.
Generation Showdown: Day 2
Today was 3-7. A really bad run today, but in my defence, the first six battles were on an empty stomach.
Also, did everyone just suddenly switch to using the creation trio?
Here's the last battle: XCDG-WWWW-WWXC-3NYW. I was certain I was going to lose, but then Zapdos held out by pure chance. It's quite a match, I must say.
