I had Zone AU feels this morning.

So at one point, since we can assume Noah's dad is still running around The Zone on occasion, rather than getting injured in the Exclusion Zone, Mac gets messed up during the run in with the Bandits that make's Noah's dad so famous. The Duty base's medic is dead so Frank does the only thing he can think of and takes Mac out of the Zone with Rex to his home where his wife can fix Mac up.

And then little Rex meets little Noah and all the cute ever happens.

So I'm tired and my brain cooked up Generator Reset AUs.

The only one that went anywhere was this coffee shop AU (shhh iknowitscommonbiteme). Where Mac owns this coffee shop that busy college student Noah comes to do homework and keep up on his caffiene addictions.

Employed there is Asta who sometimes you're not sure if she's putting extra cinnamon in your drink or if she's slipping some poison in there. But overall she's nice enough if you get past the weird. 

Then you've got Rex who attends the same college as Noah but he doesn't apply himself that hard even though he does get the materials. He's just bored, so due to his lack of application Noah is assigned to Rex to tutor him in something and coffee shop shenanigans occur.

And Mac and Asta make dick jokes while loading the bakery cooler and I just really loved the idea.

It's also funnier because Reset is an AU, so it's an AU inside an AU and I bet I could go deeeeppperrrr.

30 Days of Character Development! Day 29

29.) How does your character smell? Do they wear perfume or cologne?

Name: Asta Lynn (Boitano)

To be fair she smells right  now A LOT better than she did living outside in the woods where her 'bath' was  river she hiked to. Now days she just smells like outdoors and on occasion she smells like junk yard (not garbage junk yard but more industrial junk). Asta spends a good chunk of her time outdoors and being busy so the smell is typical.

I like to think that sometimes she buys the odd smelling shampoos sometimes but only to have them stolen by Bobo after a while.

23.) Is your character superstitious?

Name: Asta Lynn (Boitano)

Not in the slightest, because she can't afford to be afraid of things that may or may not exist. She has to fear the real monsters in her world which can range from violent gangs to organisations hell bent on world domination and enslavement of EVOs.

She learned to stop fearing her imagination and fear what can actively hurt her, but at times that fear sometimes gets out of hand.

21.) What would your character’s  cutie mark be?

Name: Asta Lynn (Boitano)

I would probably be lame and go out on a limb and say it'd be an obsidian arrowhead, because the obsidian is a core part of Asta and the arrowhead is classic and shows her nature as a stealth person.

30 Days of Character Development! Day 19

19.) What’s your character’s preferred means of travel? 

Name: Asta Lynn (Boitano)

She likes to fly, but the jump jet that the base has is not as fun as a commercial plane but the foot space is nice.

She doesn't mind walking being as that's her primary mode to get around the city, she tried biking around the city once but grew too frustrated with traffic and people and ended up just giving the bike to someone who would use it and like it more than her.

30 Days of Character Development! Day 16

16.) Are there any blood relatives that your character is particularly close with, besides the immediate ones? Cousins, Uncles, Grandfathers, Aunts, et cetera. Are there any others that your character practically considers a blood relative?

Name: Asta Lynn (Boitano)

As far as blood relations go, she's not sure how many are still alive and as far as the living ones are concerned that entire branch of the Boitano family is dead. All of them died 5 years ago during an outbreak that destroyed half the neighbourhood  And she's not close enough to anyone to really consider people blood relatives at this point.

30 Days of Character Development! Day 13

13.) What does your character’s bed look like when he/she wakes up? Are the covers off on one side of the bed, are they all curled around a pillow, sprawled everywhere? In what position might they sleep?

Name: Asta Lynn (Boitano)

Asta is a weird side sleeper who tends to half cuddle her pillow and prop it up in a way that's comfortable mainly out of habit from when her pillows were cleverly folded scraps of blanket and whatever soft things she could locate.

Also all the blankets are hers, she can produce a lot of body heat but keeping it is something that she's not able to do. So generally through out the year there's at least one or two blankets on the bed that make a cozy cocoon.
