In honor of my 12th day not consuming beer, and only having wine on weekends (I need strength), I thought I should post this article.
This is a fun. I really enjoyed the article and I love how my favorite inexpensive beer of 2015 (Genesee) tops at #1. It really has a consistently great taste, and their craft beers could compete with Sam Adams any day in my mind.
One thing that comes to mind is the Salted Caramel Chocolate Porter. yum. :)

Somewhat less prestigious than its world-class photography museum is Rochester’s brewery. Genesee Beer occupies a special place in the hearts and minds of a generation of upstate New York college students. Genesee (a.k.a. Genny) Cream Ale is a legend. The brewery has been in operation since 1878. Top photo shows the beverage holders at Frontier Field, home of the Rochester Red Wings baseball team in the AAA International League. Genesee Beer is a sponsor, and has its own beer stand in the stadium concourse. Several blocks away, at the High Falls, stands the historic brewery, as depicted in the next three photos. Visitors quaffing Genny are visible on the next to last shot. Their pleasure haunted me until I visited a local Wegmans store and picked up 12 bottles of Genny for myself at the extremely attractive price that the locals enjoy.
