“Hey Rocket.” Peter gave a faint smile and gave a pat to the couch besides him in the viewing area of their ship. He spent most of his time here now, just watching the stars. After everything that happened he deserved the silent peace, but it didn’t mean he didn’t want anyone around. 

 “Sorry I’ve been so MIA man. Just erm, never kinda appreciated this room till now. You can see for light years....s’pretty.”  Quill mused quietly with a smile towards the open window. Space had it moments and right now going by a blue dwarf was pretty rad. 

 “C’mon over here. God knows you need a break too man.”

The Unusual Prisoner.

Groot had let out a noise of pain as he had thrashed as the fire had burnt his body. The fight had gone badly and as he had thrashed he had eventually collapsed onto his side. His panicked, pained eyes looking to his friend as a trader had fired a dart at Rocket.

He had then just gone very still as the traders had moved a heavy crate into position, glancing at Groot's badly damaged body with cold smirks.

“Get the damn thing locked down, We have a deadline!” The eldest man had snarled out as he had turned his attention back onto Groot.
