Yooooo don’t do the same exercise every day!!!! That’s way too many reps, even if it’s light. 3 times a week maybe and other exercise on other days, 5 or 6 days a week, at least one rest day. Get s gym/exercise buddy, it makes the whole gym thing much less intimidating
*I don't have a gym membership I'm just doing my reps while watching youtube by myself. Also like, who has friends that live in their area? Not me
*Also it's only day 5, I haven't been over-doing this for months or whatever.
*I have no other equipment, pushups hurt my wrist injury from like 2015
*idk what else I should be doing at this point, squats? Squats aren't as fun. I'll die before I do ab workouts, those suck
