If you've seen The Menu (2022), it is an alternate take on what could have happened in the office. Just with a Rick and a Morty.
"Sometimes he dreamt of that moment. He didn't have to be asleep to dream of it; he could still see the flashes of images, smell the herbs mixed with frustration, and taste the seafood at the back of his throat.
Chef Rick's face was still vivid in his mind. The weirdly soft expression, the rigid blue eyes with too many hidden emotions in them… He would never be able to forget Chef, no matter how hard he would try - the scars on his body and his soul made sure of it.
