101 in 1001.

The Challenge:  Complete 101 preset tasks in a period of 1001 days.  The Criteria:  Tasks must be specific (ie. no ambiguity in the wording) with a result that is either measurable or clearly defined. Tasks must also be realistic and stretching (ie. represent some amount of work on your part).

Why 1001 Days?  Many people have created lists in the past - frequently simple challenges such as New Year's resolutions or a 'Bucket List'. The key to beating procrastination is to set a deadline that is realistic. 1001 Days (about 2.75 years) is a better period of time than a year, because it allows you several seasons to complete the tasks, which is better for organising and timing some tasks such as overseas trips, study semesters, or outdoor activities.

General Information

My name is Kiersten. and I love food! It has really become a problem. Especially since graduating high school almost four years ago. I became less active and lived in a dorm next to the cafeteria, which was not a good idea. Freshman 15? Talk about Freshman 30!

After trying crash diets. yo-yoing just isn’t cutting it for me anymore. I want to be fit and healthy! Now I am a senior in college and I am not happy with the way I look. But, I am bound and determined to change that, the healthy way!

This is where the new chapter in my life begins!

2) From Old Klang Road to KL - traffic will be diverted to Seremban Hiway /PJ

3) From Jalan Bangsar/Jalan Travers to the City Centre - traffic will be diverted to Jalan Mahameru

4) From Jalan Mahameru to the City Centre via Museum route - traffic will be diverted to Jalan Bangsar
