Today wasn't my first day of work after all

So, I’ve just finished The right hand of the grandmaster and well the ending was sad but it didn’t make me even spill one tear. You know, 3 main characters died and I didn’t feel much. The only one whose death has upset me a bit was Shorena’s. Constantine’s death was horrible, I admit that, the scene where he sees Shorena touched my heartstrings. But I don’t feel sorry for Giorgi, like really, it’s terrible death but I don’t feel sorry for him. I loved him in the beginning of the book, I even wanted to hug him, but in the middle of the book I wanted to beat. him. up. so. much. Yeah dude it’s terrible that instead of having a normal childhood and playing with toys they made you hold scepeter and be king. Honestly I just respect him as a complex character even tho I hate his guts. I mean come on, was it necessary to cut off Constantine’s right hand? Geez man, you just needed a normal childhood and chilling.

Also, Parsman’s death downright was horrific, but that’s just a karma for ya. At least he didn’t tell them the secret how to make those special swords. I respect him as a character too, even tho his actions are morally terrible.

If in the school they wouldn’t have taught us “The journey to the Africa” perhaps would have been depressed by the ending of the book.

At least my favourite Armenian lady is doing great!
