Hanzo:

In order, Pokémon Natures would be Hasty, Naughty, Brave, Lonely and Adamant
Hanzo would be in it to become a pokemon master. As a man who strives for perfection, he wouldn’t rest until his pokemon are the best they can be and until he is unbeatable (except, without ruining the world or creating some kind of huge conspiracy of pokemon thieves to do it)
Genji:
Main Partner: Greninja
Full Team: Greninja Rayquaza, Flygon, Axew, Goodra and Scyther
In order, Pokémon Natures: Brave, Hasty, Sassy, Docile, Gentle and Careful
Genji would be interested in contests. While he isn’t out to be the best in the world, he is out to show the world what his pokemon are capable. Goodra and Flygon are his usual contest pokemon. He’s never upset when he doesn’t win and is always cheering the other contestants on.
Reaper:

Full Team: Darkrai, Mimikyu, Alolan Marowak, Gengar, Mismagius, and Giratina

Gabe wouldn’t be interested in either being a pokemon master or winning contests. For him, taking care of pokemon would be his strong point. Despite his somewhat intimidating crew of pokemon, they like nothing more then to help others in need, even while pretending to be tough and not to care
