Dragon Ball Super is great but there's one thing they got really wrong and honestly, I found it majorly insulting to Goku's nature. Using the spirit bomb in the Tournament of Power to reach Ultra Instinct. But the worst thing is, is that he didn't plan to achieve that. He literally planned to use it to hurt Jiren. He is not supposed to use it unless in desperation to defeat a great evil. Jiren isn't evil! In fact, he is apart of a force for good. The Pride Troopers. I know Akiri Toriyama has explained that in the original Japense Anime and Manga, Goku isn't supposed to have this selfless and compassionate nature. That he does all he does in battle for self gain. But its still so insulting to the ENGLISH depiction of Goku.
I can't accept it! And you know, the only thing I was thinking about during the whole episode was how Sean Schemmel felt about it. Knowing how much he put into HIS Son Goku.
O \o/
I can't think of powers as in superheroes
I think of Dragon Ball-like powers instead
