The world is in ruins. Despair has taken over every town, every city, every meaningless person in existence. Except for the fortunate few who were able to escape.
Even within the few of us who managed to get out of that wretched school, despair still manages to find us. Naegi constantly spills out useless, hope-filled messages of encouragement that seem to lose its meaning with each passing day, Kirigiri blindly follows him without the slightest concern for the logistics of the matter, and Fukawa will not leave me alone for even a minute, though recently Syo has been more prominent in showing up.
After yet another quarrel with Kirigiri outside of my manor, I decided to take a moment away from everyone. I do not even know why we are here. The estate is in ruins. Its treasure; looted. Any value it once had is gone, however being back after what I now know to be years, it beings a sense of nostalgia as the memories of the past start to flow back.
I sit at the edge of the once grand staircase pondering why we are accomplishing nothing in our journey, yet considering the memories of the past as they gradually come back, when a hear a soft crunch, as if someone stepped in wet gravel.
"Go away. I do not want to be disturbed."
I'm so fucking excited I'm doing Erza Scarlet from Fairy Tail, and Celestia Ludenberg and "Genocider Syo" from Dangan Ronpa cosplay.
