hey guys, we haven't made a formal announcement about it since we were waiting to see if muse would return, but due to a drop in activity and a drop in all of our muses, we will unfortunately be closing genovia. it was a very successful run and we'd love to still hear from all of you, but we think this is for the best. maybe we'll come back in the future, but for now you can message any of us for 1x1s or to go to other rps. have a great new decade, y'all!

wanted connection highlights !

well hello! it’s you’re friendly neighborhood admin chloe here to launch something fresh and funky and new with everyone!

we decided it would be cool to have something engaging with wanted connections that would help promote them. so i created a lovely wanted connection template for everyone to use! below the cut, you’ll read all about the rundown of how to use it, and how it will work on the main. and of course, if there are any questions, slide it on the discord or message us! happy creating!

the goal for these graphics is to ultimately replace the wanted connection page. it also will open up the floor for everyone to make more types of wanted connections as they see fit. however, because we’re trying something a bit ambitious, it might be subject to change. we’ll keep everyone posted of course, but don’t worry too much, we’re going to try and keep it as simple as can be!

so you want to make a graphic...

the link will be posted privately in the discord server (** this template has been created by me for the use of this rp. it is not meant to be used for purposes outside of this rp. please respect that and don’t use this template for things unrelated to genovia) the only font you will need is mrs. eaves! you can find free downloads here. i recommend a caps font, a bold font, and regular.

in the folder, you will find two different files. the first file will be for a main image, an image of your muse (the one in black and white), a tiny image, as well as the name of connection, basic info and a description of the connection. the second file should be for multiple photos, and a nice little quote, be it lyrical, literary, or something your wrote yourself!

so once the images are ready to go, you’re ready for submission! plop both of the images go right into the submission box of the gossip blog but before you send it, be sure to add in the traditional wanted connection blurb as well. these will still be part of the post.

              CHARACTER NAME, our FACECLAIM, is requesting THE NATURE OF THEIR CONNECTION in genovia. they are around AGE IN LETTERS years old and look like FACECLAIM PREFERENCES/UP TO PLAYER. the player DOES/DOES NOT require you to contact them at URL.  ( add any additional details pertaining to the connection here )

that’s really all these is to it! we’ll add the finishing touches and get them displayed on the main for everyone to see!

happy friday everyone !!  i’m abby, one half the brand new admin duo, and i’ll be using the absolutely gorgeous vanessa kirby whenever you see me on the main. i’m currently in pst, so i’ll be on mostly in the evening or very early mornings for most other people, but always here to answer questions or accept your apps !!

happy hump day everyone !!  we’ve updated a few of our RULES ahead of the busy holiday season, so please be sure to give it a quick-once over to familiarize yourself. i’ll be on and off all afternoon to answer any questions you might have!

we’ve updated out points system so if your character fulfills a wanted connection, you earn 50 points! if you request a wanted connection, you earn 10 points. this applies to all wcs since the beginning of the roleplay!

since we’re now open, we will be doing our normal activity check on sunday, so make sure you post your intro/reply to a starter before sunday! we have also changed our points system to make responding to closed starters worth points!
