maybe the 2 zircons can exist in the same AU. Just different gem cuts which produce different type zircons. Or have one be Era 1 and the canon be Era 2. Idk. Just a wild idea.

people have suggested this before but i just dont think it would work. they have very different jobs, abilities, gem cut, hierarchy, etc that they’d might as well be totally different gems

also the era 1/era 2 name thing wouldn’t work since these zircons can’t be made with injectors and the name would imply that removing pink diamond’s essence would make toooootally different gems lol
