Okay but there are some things you just cannot disagree with, such as Beatriz Velez Mendoza’s really accurate description of (mah baby) George Lovelace as a “six-foot-five Scottish sex-god” and no I do not take criticism

Yusuke summons Geomon
Mah bébé George 🥺
“Wow,” said George. “I imagined the demon realms were fearsome and terrifying, but seems like it was pretty much nonstop nom nom nom.”
What’s Sizzy? I only know Geomon
Hey, at least this time he didn’t have a roommate—he was king of this claustrophobic, slimy domain. He set his mind to unpacking. The wardrobe in this room was actually clean and empty, which was a definite improvement. Simon might go live in the wardrobe with his funny T-shirts.
He was long finished unpacking by the time George sauntered in, dragging his suitcase behind him and bearing his broken racket on his shoulder like a sword.
“Hey, man.”
“Hey,” Simon said cautiously. “Er, what—what are you doing here?”
George dumped his suitcase and his racket on the slimy floor, and threw himself down on the bed. He stretched luxuriously, ignoring the ominous creak of the bed beneath him.
“The thing is, the advanced course is actually pretty hard,” George said, as Simon started to smile. “And you may have heard: Lovelaces are quitters.”
Commissions from August, kinda bled into this month lol Interested in commissioning me? More info can be found here, DM me for questions/concerns!
Pictures from yesterday, the last day of our #geology of #Wales tour. Sites included the incredible Bronze Age copper mines on the #GreatOrme These mines, that were only discovered in 1987, were started 4000 years ago at the same time as Stonehenge was being built, and were already abandoned long before the Romans reached Wales. The principle ore is malachite and is hosted in Carboniferous limestone and dolomite. We also visited the #Geomon #UNESCO #Geopark where we saw #Blueshist rock containing the mineral glaucophane. This rare rock only forms in subduction zones where high pressure and relatively low temperature conditions occur. The Blueshist outcrop is in the village of #Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch (the longest place name in the world) and is of global importance because most Blueschists around the world are less than 250 million years old but Geomon Geopark outcrop is Precambrian (Edicarian Period) in age. Additionally, because how could you visit Wales and not see some of the castles? (with over 600 castles Wales has more castles per square mile than any other nation on Earth) We visited the #worldheritagesite castles of #Caernarfon and #Conwy and learnt much about Wales's bloody history. We had tour in #Wales / #Cymru which is one of the birth places of geology. On Monday relocate up to Scotland to start an 8 day Geology tour there. Great third day on our Wales tour we first visited #Caernarfon #Castle #worldheritage Site followed by #Geomon #Geopark. Saw world's oldest #blueschist, South Stack folds, Cemaes Bay precambrian melange with #stromatolites followed by #parysmountain #coppermine before arriving at Llandudno for the night http://www.geoworldtravel.com/wales.php (at Llandudno)
