Today I thought I'd share our visit to Plas Mawr in Conwy a week or two ago!

Went to Castell Conwy today.

Feat. Pretty stained glass windows depicting various historical stuff (including the Cross of Neith, a severed head, Eleanor of Castile and hollyhocks, and a lil dragon. Also, a jackdaw.), the most homoerotic staue of Llywelyn Fawr ever (his armour is painted on both literally and figuratively and his moustache is glorious,) a ghostly sculpture of Edward I which is very scary (why must u haunt me like this, CADW?), a cool af bird being incredibly chill on a tower, a statue that made my mate be like 'OH IT'S LIKE EXCALIBUR AND KING ARTHUR,' and - for @dullyn and @gwalch-mei only - the Afon Conwy because Sir Pookie Dylan Ail Don's fucking death groan is the sound of it rushing up to the sea.

Anyways, great time had by all. Many towers climbed. Many yaps were had. Did I yap about Welsh history? Is the sky blue?
