I really wish more people talked about Nick (the first leader of the Glade in the books). He could literally be so interesting and we don't know. Like his friendship with George, what relations he had with Newt and Alby (as they argued a lot in the fever code, was that friendly bickering or an actual dispute?). I NEED TO KNOW.
I'm so tempted to write a fic before Nick died to try and figure out in my head how they'd all communicate to one another because I WANT TO KNOW!!
