Security apparatuses of the Libyan Tripoli-based Interior Ministry have dug out a Roman era archaeological site in Gergaresh neighborhood in the capital.
On Facebook, the apparatuses said the site was discovered while repairing work was being done to sewerage in Gergaresh.
Earlier, another archaeological site was discovered in Gergaresh – along the beach – and it was a family tomb from the the second century AD.
