Xhibit didn’t make the cut this year. The musician for the letter x is Geri X.
She was born in Bulgaria but moved to the United States at a young age. Geri X was named “Best of Indie” by the Bulgarian edition of Rolling Stone. Not many people can say that can they?

White Light by Geri X I can't honestly remember where I discovered Geri, but it's been love from the start. She had such a simple punch to her songs, and this latest release, "White Light" (fun fact, this is the first album I've ever helped with the kickstarter!), is by far her most solid and consistent album yet. She's reached a ripeness, so to speak. Hit a good balance between the simplicity of her older stuff with the growth of something more complex and interesting. I had this song stuck in my head for weeks after it came out! :D
