Las Vegas

When break started, I went home to pack to leave for Las Vegas. Of course, I brought Whiteberry and tons of coats and jackets, thinking it just might be cold. It was summer weather there.

The day we left for Vegas was Valentine's Day...haha..no love from any potential bf. Oh wells. My friends, my parents, and Whiteberry loves me so I shall spent the day single :) Huehue. Technically me and fashion friend are a couple. Idk if I'm the girl or guy though.

After landing from the plane, my parents let me choose a restaurant to eat at. We decided to go to Chinatown and explore. We are so Asian. We went to this Szechuan place - my parents loved it- said it was the most authentic Szechuan place they have ever tasted in America. Even better than the restaurants back at home. It was hella expensive but the portion sizes were huge. In the end, we had to bring it back to the hotel even though we had no fridge or microwave there. 

We stayed at Harrison Hotel for our stay and OMG it was so hard to find the entrance to the parking building b/c there was so much construction going on. It took us probably an hour. And there was so much weird people at the hotel and so much smoking smell. I hated it. At least it was nice and peaceful in our room. Huehue. 

First day of vball. Played against City Beach. Really. We have to travel to Vegas just to play them again...Anyways. played the san diego team I played in Reno who we had to beat to earn our JO's bid. It was awkwards b/c we lost...but then again..we were playing hella badly. Anyways we had a three way tie..and we ended up as third..so the highest we could get was like 70 something. Awks.

Since the later games didn't exactly matter anymore, we all kind of partied instead of spending time to rest. So I was going to go shopping in the afternoon, but I just..fell asleep after we once again visited Chinatown for pearl milk tea. After sleeping, we went out for dinner at this German restaurant/pub. The waiters were all dressed very proper for the time and there was a band playing. People were dancing on the tables and saying "Hoi!". It took about like an hour for the food to come. I ordered..Schitbraten? I couldn't even pronounce it. It was this funky pork roast with round...mashed potatoes? It had this weird consistency and was just..weird. I just gave up trying to eat it. But omg the meat was SO good and I was so full. I was the last one to finish eating..i felt a bit slow. huh. Anyways it was like the total viking party. Just meat and big jugs of beer we weren't allowed to drink, music, dancing, and...butt slapping? wth. Our coach did a one shot and got his butt.slapped by a woman with a paddle. It was..very awkward and funny. I love this team. I totally respect Coach Jason. LOL. After dinner, we went to a teammate's room where Jason played the banjo for us. Man..he is multi-talented.

I was super sad b/c fashion friend told me to gamble. No one wanted to invest in me. The problem was not that I had no money, but that I had to be 21, not 18, to gamble. Thus, I went to Circus Circus and gambled by playing..games. LOL. I won a small despicable me named Tim. I had to win 4 small ones to get a medium one so I just gave up. There wasn't enough people playing since it was the horse racing game. 

I went to the outlets the next morning and my mom bought a couple of stuff from Kate Spade. I cannot forget my love for the other wallets and thus did not buy any of the on sale ones. Then we played vball. I finally got some kills and I got some nice serves that day. I got an ace I think? Huehue. It was quite cool. People cheered for me. Huehue. My name is Oh. Huehe. quite..weird. 

I played a lot of dots and dumb ways to die. Huehue. On the last day, we played against a Mexican team. The other middle was so tall and jumped so high..she hit..over me..how awks. Then we went shopping at the outlet and I bought this formal dress. I wonder how I will wear..are you supposed to wear a bra? Hmm. Then we ate Burger king which was actually prettty good and the home sweet home. 

I listened to a lot of kpop. Huehue. And I finally caught up on This is Infinite, my dramas, and Running man today. :)

Las Vegas was fun. But not a city I would live in.
