Germany to asks to reveal code, hitting US tech hard, due to NSA
The NSA might have caused the US tech much more harm than what initially thought, not only consumers lost trust in the tech brands, but some regulations might make these brands even more vulnerable.
For fear from the US spying, some politicians proposed that the Tech firms should reveal the source code of their products and services to allow verification that no abuse of the data is being done, If the bill passes, the companies will be either obliged to reveal their secrets or even completely exit the German market.
"We cannot afford to be open to attacks on our economy," the Wall Street Journal quoted Social Democrat Gerold Reichenbach as saying.
Reichenbach, who is also a member of Chancellor Angela Merkel's ruling coalition, added that the law would "help prevent espionage, wherever it comes from".

Windows 8 contains backdoors allows governments to control it!
In a previous article we reported on the news that some Pcs and computers can contain backdoor.
New revelations are uncovering an apparent master-plan of monitoring and controling computers, this time Leaked documents from the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) indicate that they are suspicious of Trusted Platform Module (TPM) technology built into many Windows 8 PCs and tablets. The technology would allow the NSA to create back-doors in target devices, it would allow to control the computer remotely.
TPM founded in 1999 provided this capability since early days, but some concerns appeared in 2006. However, the next step execution is implanting a chip on every single PC, allowing it to control which programs could and couldn’t be executed because under Windows 8, there is no override. The users thus basically surrender control over their computers.
