why cant pauling be bi?? like sorry if this is a dumb question bc i havent been following the whole argument from the start but i'm bi and i call myself gay bc its part of the lgbt+ spectrum and thats all been lumped together as Gay Rights. itd be pretty neat to have a bi character i think..

i think that the problem is a lot of people are using the “she’s bi!” defense to continue drawing/writing their [male character]/pauling ships…like. i haven’t seen a single one of the original artists draw a female character/ pauling or mention it in any way…..

(also, if we’re gonna be picky, pinkerton’s original tweet was a response to a fan who shipped scout pauling–that’s why he said she was gay…he also mentioned that ‘the other female characters have been antagonistic towards her, because comedy”, implying that she’s lesbian and uninterested in men.)

go forth with your bi pauling headcanons!! just know that others use them wrongfully, and i guess be understanding towards others that might see it differently :S

something that's come to help me re: college and social anxieties is like. the knowledge that other people Do Not Care anywhere near as much as it feels like they do. like when something embarrassing happens like i trip over my own feet or something like that i just remember how everyone is in their own world and they wont think abt a stranger tripping in the hall also college is cool in that there is no pressure to be cool no one would laugh at a hello kitty lunchbox iM SO SURE YOULL DO GR8 MAN

oh god thanks man. don't read that in a sarcastic tone that does make me feel a bit better about that. I think I'm going to be the person who just goes straight to their next class (after getting my books from my car. pluss I did that my senior year). I only have two classes so far away. I'm more scared of the campus I'm going to for monday and wednesday because I will know NONE of them but the campus near my home I already know like 4 people that are going there so far.
