The doggo continues to nom on the boot for a while before picking it up and bringing it over to the Kate. He drops it at her feet, wagging his fluffy black and white tail.

The songbird laughed quietly and offered her hand to the doggo to give a sniff to. And, if accepted, she'd give him some good pets. "Daw. Here I thought you were Bark, but you don't look a thing like him." Another quiet laugh. "At least you bring back my boots. Eventually."

"...what is it like to kiss someone Jae?" He hums, turning in his spot. Jaehyun was far more experienced then you in every way. "What?" He watches you from your spot on his floor. Your voice is muffled from being face down. "What is it like to kiss someone?" You turn your head a bit so he can hear you better. "...odd thing to ask but hmm..." He comes to sit on the couch by your feet. "It looks weird but I think some feelings can only be shared that way. You can verbally say things like 'i love you' or 'i want to fuck your brains out' but-" he's cut off by a squeak of his name and he laughs. "Too vulgar for you?" You turn into your back.
"Who says that verbally?!" He raises a brow. "It's showing that you've never had a boyfriend babe." You feel your cheeks turn pink. Jaehyun loved using terms of endearment, babe, baby, sweetheart. His lips quirk into a smirk. "When you get so fucking turned on and you want to say so many things but you're thinking with your privates so you can't, so you say it just from a kiss. You can even give soft kisses, little ones that could have you giggling into it."
You cover your face with one hand, forgetting how blunt Jaehyun could be. "But my favorite kiss." He coos. "I like when I can pin the person against the wall, maybe have my hand around her neck. I like rough kisses-" You shriek and cover your ears and he laughs, head falling back. "You're so easy to rile up." He hums, getting onto the floor with you.
"But first kisses can be clumsy. They can be cute or you could trip and end up with your lips on their cheek or their chin." He leans over you, a curious glint in his eyes. "Why do you ask?" You look away, mumbling under your breath. "Can't hear you sweetheart."
You grumble. "I want to kiss someone. I'm already in my 20's Jae and I've never kissed anyone or have a boyfriend." He licks his lips, the thought shooting through his head. "Want to try with me? I'll kiss you." You whip your head in his direction only do see a dimpled smile but a dark gleam in his eyes. "What-" you sputter and he hums.
He's going to corrupt you. His innocent little best friend.
"I said, I'll kiss you." He can almost see the thoughts racing through your head and he sees the tiny nod. "Close your eyes." You follow his direction and Jaehyun has never felt the amount of power he has before. His fingers curl around your jaw and you feel his breath fan across your face.
"Breath..." He kisses you when you exhale, a soft lingering kiss that almost leaves you breathless, eyes snapping open as he pulls away, breath still fanning across your lips. "Good?"
He watches you nod and is almost confused by the sudden butterflies in his tummy. "Want me to show you another kiss? Follow my lead."
Oh fuck.
You nod faintly and close your eyes again when Jaehyun's lips press against yours, it's soft until he cocks his head a bit, moving yours opposite and trapping your bottom lip between his teeth, chuckling when you gasp and pulling away a bit. "Too much?" You feel shakey and woozy, brain feeling like mush and eyes glassy as you stare up at him, breathing deeply. "All I did was kiss you and you already look ruined." You blush and Jaehyun slips his fingers through your hair, kissing your forehead. "I think that's enough. I'll get you some water." You him, dazed.
He gets up and walks towards the kitchen, leaning against it as he looks at the sink with wide eyes. What the fuck was that? Why did he get butterflies when he kissed you? Why was he getting so flustered? He turned on the sink and splashed water on his face, rubbing his face aggressively. "Fuck." He huffed quietly before he grabbed a water bottle and turned off the tap and headed back. "Here you go babe." He notices you're sitting on the couch now, touching your lips absentmindedly and he feels heat rush through his body before you jolt in surprise at his voice.
"Thanks Jae..."
He'll figure out these feelings later.
