Advice for mental health:
If you're sad, go outside and sit in the sun. Let the warm rays soak into your face!
If you're apathetic, go outside and unquestionably watch wildlife. Even if it's just squirrels running across tree limbs!
If you're happy, go outside and breathe deeply! Fill your lungs with fresh air!
If you're feeling ugly, go outside and look at the flowers; even wild flowers! They don't care what they look like - they just bloom!
If you're questioning life's meaning, go outside and watch children play at the park.
If you're angry, go outside and sweat! Work hard until you sweat it all out!
If you're sleepy, go outside and walk! Walk briskly until you wake up!
If you're feeling bored, go outside and study your surroundings. Contemplate the effort needed to construct what is around you.
No matter what you're feeling, the great outdoors awaits you with new experiences. The sun, the breeze, the chill or warmth in the air will become your friends if you greet them with an open heart.
