HAPPY PRIDE MONTH!!!

I wish a happy pride month to anyone who is queer, questioning, or supportive! I wish a happy pride month to all the people that follow this account, whether or not they are polyamorous or not!

I want everyone to be happy with themselves, you are valid, you are perfect, and you are loved. I hope you find a partner if you desire one, multiple if you want, or none at all if that's what you prefer! I hope you have friends you can celebrate with, and I wish happy pride to them too!

We are queer all year round, so always be proud of who you are!

Serious post ig

Looking for advice, how do you guys find ways to not be burdened by what’s going on in the world at any given moment. Hell not even the world but like in your country or with the people around you. Cause there’s some seriously bad stuff going on where I live and I’m not even looking to see it and I’m honestly avoiding it as much as possible.

But every time I see something about it I get this hollow feeling in my chest and I can’t stop thinking about it. And like logically I know that stressing about it isn’t going to help anyone, especially me, but it’s regardless of what I logically know I still feel really shitty hearing about what’s going on. And it’s not even the first time, and the things happening here seem to only be getting worse. But I guess it feels that way everywhere.

And sure I’m moving soon so I won’t live here, but where I’m living has a lot of problems in its own. And my family is still here, realistically I know that it’s not likely that what’s happening to the people suffering right now is going to happen to them, but unfortunately my stress receptors don’t listen to logic.

So yeah, how do you guys like stay positive/ stop stressing, even when your brain is screaming a thousand scenarios at you?
