how do I tell my teachers I didn’t study??

Reality:

‘Oh yeah the reason i didn’t study?? Just forgot ig’ (more like I will LIE AND SAY I DID LOL)

the actual what happened

-didn’t want to get up to avoid a trigger

-there’s several triggers in the assignment that TIE INTO AN AWFUL COMPULSION

-I have some serious procrastination issues

-sorry I kinda got distracted at some points

-kinda started freaking out over the trigger and tried to distract myself...

-my brain felt like it was buzzing

-i can’t read the words on the screen without having to literally spend five minutes focusing on the word and not being able to register it still so I’m just guessing LOLLL

-but teacher, I felt sick in the stomach

-yes I knew this test was coming but also resort to option 3 please

-many apologies

-I’ll take the grade thank you

there usually comes a moment in any conversation they find themselves in  ,  where ridley’s not quite sure how they got there.  sometimes it’s a confusion led because they’re not arguing  ,  or disagreeing or doing anything particularly unfriendly.  more often  ,  it’s something like this. for two people who he knows would both rather the other not know much about them  ,  they do tend to dip their toes into topics that hold weight.  there’s probably something to be said about the reason for that being their only thing in common being one person.

❛  i haven’t asked you to be sorry.   ❜   but it might press on his nerves that she isn’t  ,  in a moment of recalling how much a lot of it ... sucked.  it would be hard to let go of if she was sorry  ,  it’s harder to let go of when she’s not.   it’s hard for him to process that he accidentally  ,  briefly annoyed ren at 7 am the other week and felt bad about it for a whole twelve hours and she might still not feel bad for anything.  he doesn’t know her well enough to know if it’s the truth or not.

do you ever just get pissed off because all of humanity’s current conservation efforts are just us realizing we fucked up and are now trying to backpedal like our lives depend on it (it does) like at this point we burnt most of Thanksgiving dinner but maybe we can still save the yams!!!!
