   Vaggie stared up in a daze at Angel who was still holding onto her tight even as the dust and brick settled around them. When the topside of the hotel began to collapse in on itself, the last thing she remembered was Angel shoving her backwards and then...nothing.

His tiny body might’ve been shrunk down- so why wasn’t he magically better or anything? He still felt a soreness in his ribs, in his legs, and he still felt a heavy fatigue. He didn’t know what happened to him, but he checked for his alt, trying to make sure he was okay too.

“Mmn… hey- hey Angie? Angie, please tell me yer okay?” His voice sounded so little- and it… didn’t sound much like him at all. But he really hoped his call would reach those ears at least.

      Vaggie stayed slumped against the corner wall, her broken form leaning against her spear as if it was the only thing keeping her upright. When the door opened, she looked up through messy alabaster hair. “...Angel...?”
