Yes! This is happening in Montreal! So much disgust for the writer of the article, @strobelsun though. He clearly never rides a bicycle, just watches enviously from his smoke-vomiting car while we ride past all the traffic. If you actually made an effort to talk to cyclists instead of generalizing and saying 'they all break the laws' you would have a perspective on the issue you're writing about. Your journalism professor would probably throw this article back in your face, not sure what the editorial team at @torontosun_insta was doing while this was being sent to print. If we don't stop at red lights and stop signs that's because we can clearly see that no one is near the intersection. And while doing so, we conserve energy and remove congestion while only risking our own safety. Trust me, nobody wants to intentionally get hit, so we will not pass unless we feel safe. That has nothing to do with you, sitting in your car, trust me, nobody cares about you. #youneedtochill #relax #meditate #getabike #cycle for your #health and the #environment #toronto doesn't need more #cars
