Holy cow! What a neat surprise! We made a huge leap this past year before our big warehouse move to ShipHero. They’re a sophisticated inventory management/shipping/returns and warehousing system that we have been thrilled with. We’ve bugged them relentlessly and literally spent countless hours with customer support this past year as we streamlined our new processes. Nicholas does nothing less than lighten our stress level with his charming English ways. This British beast has even sported American flag #leggings for us. They’re not just a company we use, but a company that we #love . ⚡️BAM⚡️ We are officially back on the road! Here's a recap of our last couple of days: After an awesome campout with @rideoutjoey we stopped at Wake n' Bakery to #getsconed and bask in the sunshine after a rain-filled weekend. Ten minutes after we started cruising west toward Bellingham from Mt. Baker we were unable to downshift from 4th gear. After pulling over, Nolan and Joey tried endlessly to diagnose and fix the issue but Muddy wouldn't budge out of 4th. After consulting the Bentley manual and calling @jammalammallama for van therapy, it was concluded we needed a tow truck. We arrived in Gig Harbor around 10:30pm on Sunday night. Jamie was ready to start working immediately. Nolan and Jamie worked on the van until well past 1am then we all slept at the shop. In the morning, they hit the ground running. They had Muddy's transmission out within a couple hours and were scoping out leads on a replacement. Our dear friend @senadog1 offered to let them pull out one from an old parts van at his place, so after a morning of shop work we all jumped in a pickup truck and they dropped out another transmission as well as a motor. Then, back to the shop with a quick detour for slurpees and the guys were back under the hood. Jamie took the time to teach Nolan and guide him through the process of installing our new used tranny. By 9pm last night, our new transmission was in and the gears were shifting! Where on Earth could we breakdown and have our transmission replaced and ready to go in 24 hours? Only in Washington! We are back at it again! Nolan just changed Muddy's oil for the first time a week ago. Since then he has changed the back springs, axle, transmission and fluid. You grow up quick on the road 🙃 #muddydoestheUS
