This simple stretch will open up your Thoracic spine, Lats and shoulders Directions: 1️⃣ Kneel in front of a wall - place a folded blanket under your knees if you have sensitive knees! 2️⃣ Place palms on wall about shoulder width apart with index finger pointing up. 3️⃣ Inhale and then exhale as you gently lower your chest to the mat. 4️⃣ Lift chest back up, and play around with articulating through the spine as you lower down, creating body waves 🌊.
