Burnt out last week did nothing I mean I slept all week. I know I'm a terrible person. Now I do not usually wake up this early to study though today I woke up naturally and thought I'd utilise the tome having failed to get back to sleep. So this weekend I have to catch up on the work I missed and this is why all nighters area no no.... I woke up ~ 2 hours ago and couldn't get back to sleep so I'm just typing up class notes from this week and previewing today's materials for my classes and then I'll begin my mammoth day ahead (jokes I'll be done by 14:00 and home) Spent last weekend sorting out my bedroom and my home in general and that was exhausting it was like moving. So this weekend I'll spend Saturday catching up on work and Sunday I'll spend two hours previewing Monday and Tuesdays materials and then I'll spend the day relaxing, long baths, pedicure face masks and just take time for me so I don't burn out again... Feeling burnt out is awful especially when it is easily avoided by being prepared and working to a schedule. It's ok sometimes to have an off day even an off week just make sure you climb back up that wall and don't give up.
