Prove. Them. Wrong
You only answer to yourself. Always prove them wrong.

Curiosity Killed The Cat.
I had been the poster child for this proverb growing up. I was a quiet, energetic kid who had to know each and everything she could get her eyes and hands on. I had to be everywhere, hear everything, observer everyone and touch every single thing I came across which obviously led to a lot of bruises, scoldings and broken/spilled/spoiled objects. But as the society would have it instead of diverting and indulging this curious kid into something productive, I was labelled as Mischievous and naughty. I was a tiny little disaster which often became a reason for fights among the adults due to my actions. To this date I hold the title as the most disobedient and careless child my family had ever seen. And as I grew up, I felt terrible about the labels, those nostalgic stories of my childhood and as a result I contained every ounce of energy I had into other curious endeavour_ to a point of exhaustion. I created this box of curiosity inside me and on the lid sat this giant called shame. Shame for being curious and it took away all the opportunities I could've had, all the things I could've done and the kind of person I could've become. All because nobody ever told me the other half of the proverb_
Curiosity did kill the cat but satisfaction brought it back to life.
Can't really blame them. I doubt anybody knew the other half of it. I doubt if anyone was even curious enough to bother about it.
