Working out

So... I recently started just doing some exercises at home, and I can sorta see the results, but I didn't rlly feel different. But today in gym class, we were playing some football like game and when I was running, I was definitely going slower... So I'm thinking that if I'm going to keep doing the exercises, I'm going to start doing sprinting exercises soon. Cause without speed... I'm don't feel like I'm me
