Office weight gain + quarantine pounds = 69 pounds in 3 years
Top picture: January 2019 at 135 lbs, started office job and by January 2020 was up to 155 lbs (my heaviest at this point due to break room sweets, less time for cooking and more take out, after work outings, and starting to drink heavy craft beers) Had an annual physical at this point and doctor told me to watch my weight and lose a few lbs because was getting a bit overweight and was concerned because was always a steady weight. Started to lose then lockdown happened and bad habits developed. Needless to say the weight piled on, sweat pants and stretchy pants didn’t help keep me out of denial, also avoided scales. Had a few moment where I realized I needed to lose weight, dieted but fell off (those are where the other pics are from). By February 2022 ballooned up to 204 lbs and doctor put me a diet. I was mortified I let it get that bad. Been eating less junk, watching the calories and carbs, and trying to cut back on beer and starting to exercise again. Lost a little weight but have a long road ahead. Posted this to motivate myself. Don’t mind being teased. I do like chubby guys but don’t like being chubby myself so I’m losing.
