My body totally forgot about double whammy Tuesdays. This morning I brought a different program in Pulse Fitness. We did 15 mins of #Spin 15 mins of: 3 rounds of 45 sec work 15 seconds rest. -broad jumps -forward and backward bear crawls After rest 1 min then: 3 rounds 45:15 -5 high knee sprints with 1 burpee -partner wall balls Then 3 rounds: 25 left arm KB swings 25 right arm KB swings 25 knee tucks Rest 1 min 3 rounds 25 KB swings to press 25 goblet squats 25 leg lifts over KB Then off to Crossfit to Strength - push press Metcon: 10 rounds in 15 min cap time - -3 bar muscle ups -3 strict hspu -6 box jump overs (I modified bar muscle ups with a band) Then extra credit work with my girl Dana..This girl was on fire!!
