So I’ve started my period and these cravings are strong! But instead of headed towards the sweets like I normally do, I just ate fruit instead! It is amazing how quickly cravings go away when you aren’t constantly hungry. Something I used to always believe was that in order be healthy I had to always be constricting, but that’s not true at all! It is ok to eat until you’re full when you are filling your body with great foods. Your body will be happy :)
