My problems

I think I grew up in fear of embarrassing myself and that's why I'm too afraid to try new things. I see new things as a potential way for me to embarrass myself in front of people. Like I get so scared that I don't even try or if I do try I don't give myself the credit I deserve. Because I am constantly living in fear of embarrassing myself, I am afraid to talk to new people- afraid they're judging me-, afraid to try new things, to be adventurous ect.. Basically this is holding me back from the person I want to be and I don't want to be this person anymore
