This has been my gym. I have been sooo sick feeling achy, sore throat coughing and runny nose. Totally caught me off guard. I was going 100mph through life to be taken down by a nasty bug forcing me to go 0mph. Which of course is not true you have to still work, take care of kids, drive them all over all over, dragging butt just to make it through. I have not been to Tae Kwon do and I have not been working out in the morning. I force myself to sleep in so I can fight this. Instead I have been stretching, taking long walks, hikes, walk dog, and getting plenty of vitamin Sea 🌊 and Vitamin C (Emergen-C) I'm starting to feel human again and looking forward to jumping back into my routine!
