Something has been off about Sans lately. Though they have an idea, Frisk isn't positive on what has been off about him. They've been trying their best to cheer him up in any possible way; telling jokes, offering to play board games or watch a movie --- but whether he agrees or not only further confirms Frisk's suspicions.
It strengthens the determination within Frisk, as well. They are determined to find out what is wrong with their friend and help in any way that they can. They stand in front of the closed door and raise a fist.

Their small fist raps against the door gently but loudly, hoping that Sans isn't asleep on the other side of the door. Though, Frisk can't say that they would be surprised if he is.
“Sans?” they call. “Are you in there? Do you wanna color with me?”
