So because I woke up this morning not wanting to do anything (one of those days lol) I kicked my own ass in the gym today and I'm proud of myself. I see more and more now why they say if yyoure not self motivated you won't go all the way. There are definitely going to be days when you don't want to do it. That's where your self motivation has to kick you in the ass to get up and show up. I started working out in the house but I wanted to feel the weights and the pain so I went to the gym and knocked out an intense workout. I felt great afterwards and I patted myself on the back for motivating myself to stay on the path even on a day that I woke up not wanting to. I keep the why at the forefront of my mind everyday.
