I recently bought some moon stickers online, and I used it to make a moon phase or, as I prefer to call it, a lunar cycle! The stickers turned out great! Sorry for my messy handwriting, I tried my best to do some fancy fonts style but I’m proud of it! 

I came to realize that witches, no matter what type you are, should know the basics of moon magick. Specifically, the moon phases and its correspondents. The moon is one of the most important celestial bodies for us because of how massive it affects our craft. Since ancient times, people have looked at the moon and felt its power. Our ancestors worshipped the moon as their deities, now we all don’t need to do that but we should at least respect it. 

If you want to learn more about I suggest you go to Modern Witchcraft where there is a short, crashcourse article about moon phases and correspondents. Another read is from Spell8, however its a bit longer read than the first one but is also more knowledgeable and they show specific spells that, when done during a specific moon phase, is incredibly effective.

Isn’t it exhilarating? To know that the celestial body our ancestors once revered is still the same sky above us. Isn’t it a beautiful moment to take time and look, what was above our ancestors, what is above us right now?
