I’m wondering if this is from a magazine of G-fan.

Seems heavily based on Japanese 1970 gigan, but with different pose and the organ in the neck replaced by a machine performing the same function.

The labelling of the two head organs are different, probably based on later information that stated the beam came from the gem on the forehead like in the poster based on the cut idea. Rather than the 1970 diagram
