Ah, the "Gentle AU" is not my doing. It's by my Japanese friends, such as Minty and Sasanouchi.

Japanese Gflux is actually a lot different than my interpretation of Gflux. I don't know much about their AU, I just kinda took inspiration from their AU and turned it into my Gflux, who is part of a different AU.
Japanese Gflux from what I can tell is just a "gentleman" type. My Gflux is an anomalogist as part of the Moralswap AU, and he's also several years older than his canon counterpart- the same goes for his daughter, Daisy, who is around 13 instead of 6-7.
My Gflux is calm, gentle, and patient- he cares a lot for other people, but unlike his canon counterpart he is not a pacifist, and he is not afraid to get violent if he has to. However, despite his patience and kindness, he's very picky about personal space, and very rarely will let someone other than his daughter touch him.
GDaisy [aka FDaisy or Fancy Daisy according to Diango] is skittish and easily upset, often calling for her father whenever she's scared or angry. Even very minor things will set her off, so much of the time she might be crying or screaming. Gflux is fully aware of this and tries to counsel her as a father should, exposing her to more scary situations [such as Swap Cass] so she'll toughen up. As she grows up she gets a more sassy and crass personality, thanks to this exposure.

The biggest difference between the Gentle AU where Gflux originated and the Moralswap AU where my Gflux resides is what Cass is like.
