there was a part of him that said this wasn’t normal. that he should feel even the slightest bit of fear ( albeit fear stemming from respect befitting of a god ); & yet there was none of it. it had always been warmth & safety when it came to the signer, though whether it was because it was yuusei who helped him first all those years ago & that was what was imprinted on such a young mind, or because it was simply yuusei himself, he didn’t know.
