There was doubt in her clan. Among those doubters was the Keeper, but others were hopeful. Telayn counted herself among them. When they received a letter from the Inquisition telling them that their ancestor, the first Inquisitor was alive and relatively well...there was going to be elves on both sides of the argument.
Could you blame them? The First understood the doubt, she acknowledged why they would feel as they did. She disagreed, and so here she was, by herself. Leaning against her staff, the emerald eyed mage would blink. A letter had been sent back to the Inquisition, telling them to send the one claiming to be him- Alone.
Hands would drift lower along her staff, gently drumming her fingers across it. A rhythm born out of idle hands seeking means to occupy themselves. Rustling. The noise would cause her to cease this action, her eyes snapping to the foliage. A deep breath.
“Savhalla? Hello?”
