Copia's Relationships with his ghouls:

1. Dewdrop. Main partners, not bonded, but Dew is very possessive of Copia. Personal bodyguard.

They have a history together. When Copia was still a new Cardinal he fell into the Ministry lake (he was pushed into it as a joke) but nobody knew that he couldn't swim and he almost drowned. Copia was saved by some ghoul. He woke up in the infirmary remembering only glowing blue eyes, sharp serrated teeth and long dark flowing hair. The infirmary ghouls told Copia that he was saved by a water ghoul. After leaving the infirmary Copia tried to find the ghoul to thank them, but he wasn't successful as none of the ghouls looked like that one. Meanwhile Copia was watching the water ghouls and learned all about their habits like strong connection to the Moon and their introverted almost shy natures.

After Primo's, Secondo's and Terzo's deaths, when the band was in disarray Copia was made a leader. The remaining ghouls were lost and one was recovering from his transformation as Copia was informed. Copia decided to work with them and in the process he nursed and healed the newly minted fire ghoul.

Copia's kind and caring nature brought Dew closer to him. After hours of talking about anything and everything Dew told Copia that he was the one who saved him. And because Dew was touring with Terzo and then went through his transformation Copia wasn't able to find him and recognize him.

Soon they became lovers and their feelings only grew. But nobody thought of bonding officially, because they were afraid of Sister Imperator.

When Copia was promoted-demoted to Frater Imperator he maintained his relationship with Dew, though he grew very jealous of V. Copia and Dew had constant fights about that, which even made them break up for a while. But still they couldn't stay away long from each other.

Currently Dew's taking care of Copia after the accident.

2. Phantom. He's Copia's child.

He can ask Copia everything he wants and Copia is eager to provide him. Sometimes even Dew is jealous of that bond between them.

Copia doesn't care of Phantom's pranks. They make him laugh lightheartedly.

Phantom's very clingy to Copia and sometimes likes to nap on Copia's sofa or bed, which irritates Dew.

Phantom currently sleeps a lot in Copia's infirmary bed and believes that this helps Copia recover.

3. Rain. Close friend. Occasional lover.

At first the water ghoul was lost after his summoning and followed Copia everywhere, who patiently explained and showed him the world around them.

Soon Rain grew more independent and stronger. He cured Copia's fear of the lake and deep water by also patiently showing him that there was nothing to fear.

Even though Copia loved to shoo Rain on stage and pretended to be a bit irritated with him, they both knew it was all staged and enjoyed performing together nevertheless.

Rain is currently taking care of Copia together with Dew.

4. Swiss. Lover, friend, confidante.

Swiss acted as silent support whenever Copia needed him. Sometimes not so silent, whenever Copia needed to add Swiss' voice to his songs to create some harmony.

Swiss also acted like a glue in the band making it whole and maintaining great relationships between members.

Copia loved relaxing with him whenever everything got too much and he's gotten too stressed. Sometimes it was just smoking weed together or giving Copia massages and sometimes they engaged themselves in deep philosophical conversations.

Currently Swiss is banned from the Ministry by the Clergy.

5. Aether. Same as Swiss.

Copia's main lover before being banned by Sister Imperator. They were deeply involved romantically and even thought of bonding. Dew quite often participated as a part of threesome.

Sister conducted the ritual herself secretly. This act of hers is still painful to Copia. He misses Aether greatly.

6. Mountain. Not sexually involved. Helps Copia write songs.

7. Cumulus/Cirrus/Aurora. Not usually sexually involved, but sometimes they can invite Copia to a pleasant evening or two.

Cumulus helped Copia writing songs.

Cirrus is currently writing in her stead.

Aurora enjoys harmonizing with Copia while writing songs.

I cannot shut the fuck up about cheese, here's each of the papa's favorite cheeses.

Primo:

Casu Martzu is a Sardinian cheese that uses larvae from the cheese fly in the aging process, and is often consumed with the maggots still inside. The cheese is illegal in many countries and can pose a risk when digested, as the larvae have the potential to survive the digestive track. The cheese is soft, with a creamy, tangy, pungent taste and spicy after taste. With a slight danger of digestion, this seemed an obvious choice for the most deranged papa.

Secondo:

He will shout until he is blue in the face that his favorite cheese is Pule, the world's most expensive cheese, but in his heart of hearts, the honor goes to Murcia al Vino, or Drunken Goat cheese. This Spanish goat cheese is semi soft and tangy, though creamer and more mild than most goat cheeses due to it's aging. The wheels are also soaked in wine for 72 hours, adding a hint of fruitiness that makes the cheese easy to indulge in for hours on end.

Terzo:

We know from many shows that Terzo both loves cheese and has a major sweet tooth. With this in mind, I believe a sweet cheese is the perfect fit. Brunost is a semi-soft Norwegian cheese that gains it's brown color by boiling the milk until the sugars have been caramelized. There are multiple variations of this cheese, which use various milks in the mix to emphasize tangy or nutty flavors.

Copia:

Copia is a simple man and by default gets a simple cheese. A classic Brie is creamy and buttery, developing a more fungal taste to the rind depending upon how long it is aged. The simple flavor allows for it to pair well with savory or sweet, and it is easy to consume large quantities of without thinking much about it. It goes well with nearly everything and is found everywhere.

Perpetua:

Roquefort is a blue sheep cheese, aged in the caves of France. Sheep's cheeses have a culture that predates cow's cheese, much like Perpetua's performance and music harkens back to papas before him. The penicillium roqueforti used to age the cheese provides the "blue" to match our new papa's eccentricities. The flavor is sharp and salty, with a hint of sweet and earthy tones that I think appeal to Perpetua.

Nihil:

Năsal cheese is a traditional cow milk cheese that still uses techniques from the middle ages. It is smear-ripened, made in the caves of Romania where brevibacterium linens live, providing a unique flavor from the region. This cheese is strong, earthy, and funky, with a spicy after taste and creamy texture. I imagine it reminds him of home.
