You can only use this effect of "Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion" once per turn. ———————————————— Can Be Found In: Flames of Destruction (FLOD-EN033)
Hand effects have become so recurrent to the point of making the majority of Trap Cards obsolete in most Decks. Safe in our hand and virtually unpredictable, these cards have become the main choice of many players to counter opponent's actions on the spot. What started with "Kuriboh" to nullify damage many years ago, nowadays we can find a diverse array of Effect Monsters ready to stop a particular effect of action by just sending them from our hand to the Graveyard.
"Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion" belongs to a group of monsters which will negate a particular set of effects by being discarded in response. In the case of "Ghost Belle" she's in charge of negate Graveyard interactions by stopping retrieval effects, Special Summoning a monster from there, or banishing cards. The Graveyard is a valuable resource by a big number of builds out there, and "Ghost Belle" alone is able to disrupt the vast majority of setups from early to late game. With a few exceptions where the Graveyard isn't as important, "Ghost Belle" can become a severe counter for many opponents as we stop their momentum or even from preparing a comeback.
While "Ghost Belle" is a card to keep at hand until we use her ability, is in a wonderful position to expand her options if truly needed. Obviously is preferable to avoid looking for "Ghost Belle" in our Deck, not only due her summon can make her effect go to waste but if is revealed when added to our hand the opponent will be able to work arround her potential use. Instead, the role of "Ghost Belle" will change once is in our Graveyard thanks to her position as a Zombie-Type. With and array of revival effects like "Book of Life" and "Mezuki" and her Tuner trait, "Ghost Belle" can go from a counter card to a reusable material after using her original purpose. Ironically the options we can abuse to summon this monster from the Graveyard can be negated by other "Ghost Belle", so if she becomes a recurring monster in other Decks is something to be aware of.
Since the first years of the card game there was some way to exploit the Graveyard, and nowadays is still a recurring theme for "Ghost Belle" make a halt to the opponent's actions. Some Decks will be more reliant of their Graveyard than others, but overall there's atleast a pair of cards in every Deck where "Ghost Belle" can do something about it. Some commonly used revival effects like "Soul Charge" and "Crane Crane" will be easily stopped from any potential big summons, retrieval options like "Salvage" will be unable for the opponent to refill their hand, and when comes to banishing cards it will mostly go towards costs like "Fairy Tail - Snow" and "Called by the Grave" rather the effect itself. The efficiency of "Ghost Belle" will further improve if the opponent's Deck completely focuses in the Graveyard, ranging from Zombies and Infernity completely reliant of it, to builds trying to exploit the benefits from cards like "Gouki Re-Match" and "Madolche Chateau" among many others. Don't forget that "Ghost Belle" is a Tuner, so in case the opponent barely plays arround the Graveyard she will have an alternative purpose arround our Extra Deck summons.
Until for some reason the Graveyard becomes barely prevalent, "Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion" is a card that atleast deserves a position in every Side Deck. Covering almost every interaction involving the Graveyard (Even our own), "Ghost Belle" alone can deal with a massive card pool going from popular choices to obscure strategies. Obviously the efficiency of "Ghost Belle" and her importance during a Duel will vary of the opponent's Deck, but fortunately as a Tuner and the revival effects her Type offers gives her a secondary use without becoming a dead card. While not a must have for every build, "Ghost Belle" is a wonderful monster in charge of stopping some of the most popular effects in the game.
Personal Rating: A
+ Can be discarded to negate several effects involving the Graveyard + Prevalent use due the popularity of Graveyard interactions in the game + Well supported along a secondary role as material
- Efficiency will heavily vary of the Deck we're facing against
Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion
Negates effects that: Revive something from the graveyard, Banish something from graveyard, Return something to your hand from the graveyard

Belle moved her hand over Regina's face;"I am sorry" she whispered watching her."I never meant to die..." she whispered before placing a gentle kiss on her lips.
"But the ghosts that we knew, will flicker from view And we'll live a long life"
I can't quite keep you in my mind
