Familiar Ghosts (Ghost Info)

Familiar ghosts come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Many people prefer to remain in animal form. They become more powerful as they work with their chosen partner or teammate. Each of them becomes more powerful as they mature.
Familiar ghosts can also take the form of a human ghost, and they tend to latch onto the SOUL of their chosen partner or teammate, allowing them to grow to match the age of their chosen partner or teammate; however, a child ghost is unlikely to latch onto a living person as a partner or teammate.
It is assumed that familiar ghosts are the only ghosts capable of being resurrected by the pure spirit power of their teammate or partner. People in comas who separate from their bodies are also common sources of familiar ghosts.
As their teammate's or partners' spiritual power grows, familiar ghosts become more powerful and vicious. Familiar ghosts will go to any length to protect and guard their chosen teammate or partner.
Some familiar ghosts, who were the spirits of people in comas, tend to retain every piece of knowledge from their time as spirits and usually refuse to return to school because they already know enough and have claimed to have "already gone to school." Then they actively seek out their teammate or partner.
Some coma patients who entered a familiar ghost state retain gifts or powers from their time as a ghost, such as telekinesis, ghost sight, and various other things. Some coma patients can go back to their normal lives without remembering, but this is a rare case. Familiar ghosts in the form of humans also can come back from a coma and join the place their teammate or partner stays to protect them.
Animal familiar ghosts latch onto a living being who helped them in any way and become their protector. It's impossible for a normal, ordinary human to get an animal familiar ghost as they immediately latch onto spiritual power.
