There is a ghost in Thor's new home. It's a nice two story house in the outskirts of the city, surrounded by a forest and quiet, which is what Thor was aiming for. He's not about to give up such a good oportunity and this ghost, Loki, is more annoying than scary; It's amusing really, specially when Thor goes to brush his teeth and blood comes out instead of water, or he starts whispering murder in the night, or he surfaces from the water when Thor is having a bath, completely naked with his dark long hair pooling around him... that last one went a bit differently that they both first thought.
